Olá! Thanks for being here.
I'm Keyla Zorzella and as a co-active coach I help overwhelmed and frantic-paced human beings slow down, awaken to what matters and live a more centered, balanced, practical, authentic, and meaningful life.
Coaching is my craft and my life's calling. I know that every human being has their own song, their own language, and their own story, so I honor yours. My coaching will serve as a place for exploration, growth, and expansion of your narrative.
We, humans: we are, and we do. Thus, my goal is to help you balance being and doing. Through deep listening and intuition, I want to help you bring forth the fullness of who you truly want to be. I base my practice on the Co-Active model, which has ample evidence-based research about its effectiveness. This model is also known as the “gold standard of coaching” by the Institute of Coaching, a Harvard Medical School affiliate.
We will slow down, reflect and ask big questions about your desires, your wounds, your frustrations, your values, and where you are in your relationships. We won’t resist feelings of fear or grief -- instead we’ll embrace your pain with kindness. We’ll make room and create space so you can rediscover your life amidst any situation. We’ll deepen your relationship with your inner self so you can make wiser choices and learn to recognize your inner critic who often sabotages your ideas and desires. I also blend mindful and playful techniques to unlock what is holding you back. In this space, shifts, and growth will take place.
Stop being a slave to the rhythm of "modern life." Finding your own rhythm and what matters to you requires living intentionally -- and that, my friend, is my offer to you.
I am a high-achieving entrepreneur, perfectionist and mother of two. I am a connector and community leader, who loves working hard and being productive. For many years I thought that a fully-scribbled planner and an fully-colored calendar were the finest works of art. Looking at a packed calendar was a way of telling myself that being hectic was a measure of my worth, and that I was living a good life.
I have always had a zest for life since I was very young. I like living intensely and I love being alive, but it was not always this way. Once I reached adulthood, I uprooted myself to live abroad and for many years did not quite know where I belonged. Then a hectic life became the tool to regain my worth. But as a mother of young children, and having to deal with grieving my own mother's passing, my structure unraveled. I had nothing of my own and no professional achievement to share out loud -- besides raising two amazing human beings. And having chosen to live in a country where my accent shows I wasn’t born here, I wasn’t really living in the present. But, rather, I lived nostalgic about my past life in Brazil, and anxious about the future. Many times, as I lived in between cultures, I tried to live by other people's expectations. I got lost because I didn’t know if I’d ever belong and what I should hope for.
When my mom passed away in 2013, I went back to be with her during her last days. I learned that death teaches us so much about life, and I was determined to live life at a slower and more contemplative pace. Maria Popova writes: “We are a collage of our interests, our influences, our inspirations, all the fragmentary impressions we’ve collected by being alive and awake to the world.” I started to be aware of my life once again, and I stopped taking things for granted.
I became a life coach after experiencing, myself, the power of coaching. It helped me to face my pains, identify my habits, unmask my fears and embrace my desires. Nowadays, through the accumulation of love and wisdom, I nourish my well-being and the well-being of others. My deepest desire is to savor life, so that at the end, I will know that I have made the most of it, and this is what I wish for you.
Living intentionally, being present, savoring the moment, having real conversations, investing in long-lasting relationships, speaking your truth and self-care are meaningful ways you can give to and receive from this world.
Stop the havoc and come join me in –- living intentionally!
